General Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy

General Return Policy:

  1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window (See return policy) if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on www.jinindia.com
  2. Return will be processed only if: 
    1. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    1. the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    1. the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein, if any).
  3. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect product ordered.
  4. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  5. No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy. 
  6. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock. 
  7. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you. 
  8. Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds.
  9. Discount & Promotional offers are at the sole discretion of JIN INDIA & generally not applicable on COD Basis.
  10. All Payment will be done in Indian Currency (INR).

Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.

What are the delivery charges?

JIN INDIA offers a flat rate of Rs.50/- per consignment, irrespective of the number of products ordered for shipping to selected states in the country. Orders with value above Rs 500/- will be shipped without delivery charges.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Generally, JIN INDIA’s products ordered are delivered within 4 to 5 Working days. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery to certain destinations may take 5 to 7 Working days based on their geographic location to reach the location

Are there any hidden costs (Sales tax, octroi etc.) on JIN INDIA’s products?

There are NO hidden charges when you purchase JIN INDIA products. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
Note: As of now there is no additional state levy, Octroi etc.
Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged by JIN INDIA

What does “Out of Stock” mean?

“Out of Stock” means, currently these product/s are not available for sale. Please write to us at info@jinindia.com

Does JIN INDIA deliver internationally?

As of now, No. You will be able to make your purchases on JIN INDIA’S website ( www.jinindia.com ) from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address should be in India.
